本項目為超高層辦公樓，地面以上 32 層，地面以下 5 層，建筑高度 160 米。天啟正業作為設計中標方，從方案設計到施工圖設計全過程中 , 統籌建筑工程各相關專業協調設計 , 一次性完成包括建筑工程、室內設計、園林景觀、綠色建筑和建筑幕墻等所有施工圖設計圖紙，體現了天啟正業對設計的極致追求、對技術的精益求精以及對組織協調分工合作的駕輕就熟。
The Project is a 160-metre tall super high-rise office building, with 32 aboveground floors and 5 underground ones. As the wining designer, from SD through CD design, we coordinate the design of all specialties. Onetime delivery of all construction drawings of architecture, interior design, landscape, green building and fa?ade has demonstrated our expertise in design, technology, organization and coordination.
